Neighborly Home Care is Hiring a Scheduling coordinator Near Wilmington, DE
Position Purpose / Summary :
Neighborly Home Care is looking for a scheduling coordinator who can be responsible for staffing all clients.
Responsibilities :
1. Create and maintain schedules for caregivers
2. Ensure a high level of care for the consumer given by the home health aides
3. Provides staffing for request off's and call outs
4. Reviews the clients care plan with patients and caregivers
6. Answers and screens incoming telephone calls
7. Calls caregivers when a misses clock in or out alert goes off
8. Calls caregivers when daily activity logs and time sheets are needed
9. Takes on call phone 1-2 weeks out of the month
Knowledge / Education / Training / Licenses / Certifications :
1. Must have 1 years' experience in home care
2. Strong communication and customer service skills are a MUST
3. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
